Care Ministry Volunteer Opportunities: Bring hope and help to people in our church family who are experiencing difficulties–be part of a pool of volunteers the Deacons can call upon if needed. Please fill out our Care Ministry Volunteer Opportunities survey.
BTown Worship Night: Join us and others in our community for a Night of Worship on Sunday, Sept. 28th, 6-8pm. Along with 15-20 area churches, we will gather at the amphitheater at Switchyard Park for worship. Food trucks will be onsite starting at 4:00pm.
Youth Parent Night: Parents and guardians of 6th-12 graders are invited to come to the Sanctuary for food, games, and a message from Pastor Dan this Sunday, Sept. 21st, 6-8pm. At Parent Night, we want to minister to parents, helping you navigate raising Christ followers in a society that often rejects Christianity.
Keys for a Cause: CCC Kids invite you to Keys for a Cause on Sunday, October 5 at 3:30pm in the chapel. This is a kids’ performing arts recital and reading fundraiser for world missions. This year’s proceeds will go toward our overseas workers in North Africa, who kids are learning about in Underground. Please come and give as you are able!
Baked Goods for Cru: Help us give the college students of Cru campus ministry a taste of home! You can use our online form to sign up to provide baked goods and snacks for IU Cru’s fall retreat. Please bring your goodies to the church no later than 10am on Friday, Oct. 3rd.
Pumpkin Trail: Have some fall fun at the Pumpkin Trail on Sunday, Oct. 12th! Helping hands are needed at church that afternoon to set up a pumpkin patch and hand out treats to the kids. Adults are encouraged (but not required) to wear costumes! To sign up, go to cccbloomington.org/pumpkin-trail.
Adult Community Groups (ACGs): ACGs are mid-sized groups that meet on Sunday mornings. Take a look at the current topics and feel free to attend a group anytime. We’ve added a men’s ACG this year!
GriefShare is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences. A new group is meeting weekly on Wednesdays in Rm. 17 from 6 to 8pm. You can sign up at griefshare.org or contact the church office for more info.
Faith & Art Book Club: Join us on the 2nd Sunday of each month as we explore the intersection of faith and art through captivating stories in both fiction and nonfiction. All are welcome! Email Adrienne Garrison or contact the church office to stay in the loop with our monthly titles.
Giving to Christ Community: Tithes and gifts can be given in the box at the back of the Sanctuary, by mail, or online at cccbloomington.org/giving.
