Men’s Fellowship Campout: Friday-Saturday, Sept. 18-19, at Hardin Ridge Campgrounds. Join us for dinner cooked over open flames, a night of camping, and breakfast on Saturday morning. Please sign up if you plan to come. There is no agenda — just good food and good company. Come for the evening, stay for the night, or just come out for breakfast. All men college-age and older are welcome.
Membership Class: If you are interested in learning about becoming a member of CCC, we invite you to attend the next membership class on Sunday, Sept. 20th, 5-7:30pm. Please contact Lynne for more info or sign up at the Welcome Center. Dinner and childcare will be provided.
IU Faculty/Staff Lunch: If you are faculty or staff at IU, you are invited to lunch after worship on Sunday, Sept. 20th. Come get to know other CCC faces on campus and join in thinking about future plans for this group.
BTown Worship Night: Join us and others in our community for a Night of Worship on Sunday, Sept. 27th, 6-8pm. Along with 15-20 area churches, we will gather at the amphitheater at Switchyard Park for worship. Food trucks will be onsite starting at 4:00pm. Parking at Bloomington High School South is encouraged so that those with mobility challenges can use the spaces at Switchyard. Shuttles will run between the school and the park beginning around 3:45pm.
Senior Adult Ministry (SAM): Mark your calendar for Thursday, Sept. 17th, at 1:30pm in the Gathering Space. Paul & Ruth Jessup, FCA Area Director for the Greater Bloomington Area, will share how the Fellowship of Christian Athletes ministry is impacting students from 23 local schools, including IU student athletes. Come join us to see the impact and how support will make a lasting impact for the Kingdom.
Housemoot with Faith+Art Book Club—Fall 2026: This fall, the Faith+Art Book Club is partnering with The Rabbit Room’s Housemoot, a collection of lectures, readings, and discussions that explore faith, imagination, and the cultivation of truth, goodness, and beauty. If you’d like to join us, check out the schedule with meeting dates and reading information.
Crafting Calm: As a parent, it’s hard to juggle the needs of family without losing our own identities in the process. Come be yourself again at Crafting Calm, where parents of school-age children – from first-timers to seasoned veterans – can meet for unstructured time and a purpose other than our role as caretakers. Bring your own craft project, or don’t; we are a community for YOU. Meets Wednesdays during the school year, from 9:30am to noon in Room 15.
GriefShare is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences. A group meets weekly on Wednesdays in Rm. 17 from 6 to 8pm, through Nov. 4th. You can sign up at griefshare.org.
