Pumpkin Trail: Have some fall fun at the Pumpkin Trail this Sunday, Oct. 12th! Helping hands are needed at church that afternoon to set up a pumpkin patch and hand out treats to the kids. Adults are encouraged (but not required) to wear costumes! To sign up, go to cccbloomington.org/pumpkin-trail.
Membership Class: If you are interested in learning about becoming a member of CCC, we invite you to attend the next membership class cycle that begins Sunday, Oct. 19th, at 5pm. Please contact Lynne for more info and to sign up.
Fall Break: Our 9:15am programs will not meet on Sunday, Oct. 19th, because of the schools’ fall break.
Community Night: On Sunday, Oct. 26th, gather with us at 6pm for an evening with your church family. We’ll worship together and hear Emilio share his story of coming to faith. Here’s a big thank you to Vicky Getty and her IU dietetics program students, who will provide a meal for us!
Baptism: If you are interested in being baptized on Sunday, Nov. 2nd, please contact Lynne in the church office to schedule a meeting with a pastor.
Missions Budget Pledge Drive: Our missions program is funded entirely by donations you designate to missions; no funding comes from the church’s general budget or offering. The 2026 Missions budget will be set by the amount of pledges received before Nov. 16th. Please prayerfully consider completing a pledge card and supporting our missionaries and projects around the world in 2026.
2025 budget: $128,235
2026 pledges to-date: $30,672
Senior Adult Ministry (SAM): Have you ever wanted to be a contestant in a game show? Here’s your chance! Join us Thursday, Oct. 16th, at 1:30pm for SAM-ily Feud. SAM friends will be on teams and will try for the top answers on the board competing in Bible-based Family Feud.
Adult Community Groups (ACGs): ACGs are mid-sized groups that meet on Sunday mornings. Take a look at the current topics and feel free to attend a group anytime.
GriefShare is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences. A new group meets weekly on Wednesdays in Rm. 17 from 6 to 8pm. You can sign up at griefshare.org or contact the church office for more info.
Faith & Art Book Club: Join us on the 2nd Sunday of each month as we explore the intersection of faith and art through captivating stories in both fiction and nonfiction. All are welcome! Email Adrienne Garrison or contact the church office to stay in the loop with our monthly titles.
Giving to Christ Community: Tithes and gifts can be given in the box at the back of the Sanctuary, by mail, or online at cccbloomington.org/giving.
