Church Security: To increase security at the church during our preschool hours, all exterior doors will now be locked 9:15am-12:15pm on weekdays when our preschool is in session. Doors may be locked at other times, as well. If the main entrance is locked, signs will direct you to ring the newly installed doorbell.
Community Night: Mark your calendars and plan to gather with us for Community Night at 6pm on Sunday, Jan. 28th. We’ll worship together and enjoy a potluck chili dinner! Please sign up to let us know if you could bring chili, bread/cornbread, or dessert. Community Night food signup
Hands Helping Hannah: Will you help us make more warm baby blankets for little ones at Hannah Center, one of our CCC Outreach partner organizations? How you can help:
1) At the table outside the Children’s Ministry office (Rm. 4), pick up some fleece and the directions on how to prep blankets.
2) Return prepped fleece to the table by Sunday, Feb. 18th.
3) Join us at Community Night at 6pm on Feb. 25th to make the blankets while enjoying fellowship and pizza!
GriefShare is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences. Faith & Art Film Series: The Faith+Art Book Club is hosting a three-month film series here at the church, with pre-screening discussions and potluck dinners. Contact Adrienne Garrison or the church office to RSVP. Monday, Jan. 22nd, 6-9pm: The Hiding Place (2023) Corrie Ten Boom and her family risk everything to hide Jewish refugees by the hundreds, and they ultimately face the consequences when they are discovered.
Rest at the Wellspring: A Women’s Creative Retreat: Saturday, Jan. 27th, 9:30am-4pm at CCC. Enter the New Year renewed and unhindered as you lean into rest and creativity alongside other creative women of faith. Please pick up a flyer at the Welcome Desk to register and contact Adrienne Garrison or the church office with any questions.
