The Season of Advent—A Season of Hope (Women’s Event): Join the women of CCC in a safe and sacred space where you can explore the upcoming season of Advent and see what God might be inviting you to this year. Choose Your Best Night: Monday, Nov. 20 or Thursday, Nov. 30 at 6:30pm in the CCC Chapel. Reserve your spot
Dash 4 Shelter: Join others from CCC in walking or running this 5K (3.1 miles), which starts at Karst Farm Park at 10:30am on Saturday, Dec. 2nd. Your $30 entry fee will support the work of Wheeler Mission Bloomington. To register, go to https://runsignup.com/RaceGroups/152848 and select the CCC group. Scholarships are available—contact the church office.
Community Night: Come spend some time with your church family at 6pm on Sunday, Nov. 26th. We know you may have just gotten back in town after Thanksgiving, so we’ll make it easy and provide the meal—just come and hang out! Music will be “unplugged” with clapping, strumming, and stomping, followed by fellowship over warm soup.
Memorial Poinsettias: We invite you to purchase poinsettias in honor or in memory of loved ones, which will decorate our Sanctuary during Advent. Plants may be ordered using our online order form or at the Welcome Center. Please order by Weds., Dec. 13th.
Missions Budget: Thank you for your generous pledges! Pledges over the current year’s budget allow us to consider supporting additional missionaries and mission projects. If you still plan to turn in a pledge, please do so by Sunday, Nov. 19th. 2023 budget: $86,300 | 2024 pledges: $100,984
Congregational Meeting: Members are encouraged to attend the annual December business meeting for the election of 2024 officers and approval of the 2024 Missions budget. The meeting will follow worship on Sunday, Dec. 10th.
Adult Community Groups: ACGs meet Sunday mornings at 9:15am and are open to all. Check out the current groups and join anytime!
