**Could You Help? We’re getting rather desperate to fill the remaining 28 volunteer slots at Camp O (June 5-9)!  If you could help out, please go to www.cccbloomington.org/camp and scroll down to the “Serve at Camp” section.  (Note: If you’ve already filled out the Faith and Conduct Form to work with kids or youth at CCC in the past three years, you do not have to complete that step again.)

**Summer Early Childhood Help Needed: We need your helping care for the youngest members of our church family this summer! Taking a shift or two will help us keep all of our early childhood rooms open to our families on Sunday mornings. Check out the SignupGenious schedule or contact Mindy Flick.

Memorial Day: The church will be closed on Monday, May 29th, for Memorial Day.

Senior Adult Ministry (SAM): Put on your red, white, and blue and join us for a patriotic picnic! There will be food, fun, music and games, and Pastor Dan! Meet us at the Sycamore Shelter, Lower Cascades Park at 11:30am on Thursday, June 1. Suggested donations (you can bring whatever you’d like): A-C dessert, D-R main dish, S-Y side dish/salad.  Questions? Need a ride? Call Steve Wooden.

Summer Reading Program: Kids! Stop by the library and sign up for our Adventure Camp summer reading challenge. Win prizes for books read! Lots of great books to choose from! For preschool through 6th grade. Also, join us for story time at the library every Thursday at 11am during Meet Me at the Playground.

Meet Me at the Playground: Thursdays, starting June 15th, 10-11:30am. Kids of all ages are invited along with their parents for a weekly playtime and storytime at the church this summer. We’ll gather at the playground for free play, bubbles, and art from 10-11am before enjoying storytime in the church library from 11-11:30am. Fun and fellowship will be had by all! Held rain or shine June 15th—July 27th.

Juneteenth: Faith & Freedom Produced by Our Daily Bread VOICES, Juneteenth: Faith & Freedom is a feature-length film that teaches and inspires about the cultural and spiritual significance of the holiday.
All are invited to a screening of this film at CCC at 6pm on Sunday, June 18th.

Faith+Art Book Club Join us as we discuss Reading While Black by Esau McCaulley at Morgenstern Books at 7pm on Monday, June 19th. This is our last book club meeting until September and we would love to see you there! Contact Adrienne Garrison or the church office with any questions.
