Hymn Sing: At 6pm on Sunday evening, July 10, we will host a hymn sing worship night, lead by Marietta Simpson, Brian Horne, and Adam deWeber, with accompaniment by Josh Catanzaro. Come add your voice in joyful worship!
CCC Food Truck Night: On Tuesday, July 12, 5:30-8:30pm in the church parking lot, we will have local food trucks on site for you to purchase your own dinner. Come, eat, hang out, play games, and visit! Please bring your own chair.
Visiting Missionaries: Come connect with one of our CCC-sponsored missionary families over dinner at 6pm on Tuesday, July 19th. This family has been in the States on sabbatical and will return overseas to their work with refugees in a few weeks. Please contact Lynne in the church office if you plan to attend so that enough pizza can be provided (and let her know if you are gluten-free).
Baptismal Sunday: Baptisms have been scheduled during worship on July 31. If you are also interested in being baptized, please contact the church office to set up a time to talk with a pastor.
Play with Kids: Help us show our youngest kids how church is a place where they are safe and loved. Would you be willing to take a shift in our early childhood rooms this summer and serve our families? Check out our signup page.
July Energy Action: Driving wisely helps reduce the use of gas, and right now, helps save money! Did you know that, on average, each 5 mph that you drive over 50 mph is like paying an additional $.22 per gallon! And it’s probably more than that now that prices have gone up! Meet Me at the Playground: We’re back this summer 10am-noon on Thursdays through July 28th. This is a great friendship-building time for kids and moms alike! Everyone is welcome! In addition to the CCC playground, there is plenty of green space for adventurous big kids and a blanket area for equally adventurous but less mobile babies. *If you bring snacks or a picnic lunch, please make sure they are peanut free. *If you have any questions or would like to receive email reminders, please contact Stacy Gregory or the church office.
