Adult Community Groups (ACGs): Come learn with us–we’ll be looking at “Doctrines of Grace through the Hymns of the Church” and “New Testament Foundations”! Also, the women’s ACG resumes Jan. 16th on the topic “Faith and Fellowship.” Check out the updated ACG schedule.
Holiday Closure: The church will be closed on Monday, Jan. 17th, in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
Help Your Community: Wheeler Mission needs help sorting clothing donations. This is a great opportunity for a small group, individuals, or families to serve. You can schedule a time to help for a couple of hours any day of the week between 8am and 8pm (except Sundays or Thursday nights). The sorting will take place in an area away from other people at the Center for Women (400 S. Opportunity Ln., Bloomington, IN 47404). (UPDATE) Nursing Home Outreach: Due to Garden Villa’s current restrictions on visitors because of Covid, we will again put our monthly outreach on hold. We’ll be sure to let you know when we can return and sing hymns with the residents!
Senior Adult Ministry (SAM): It’s cold outside! All the more reason to get together and have some fun! Come next Thursday and celebrate your birthday with us! Not your birthday? Not a problem – we’re celebrating everyone’s birthday. We’ll play games to help us get to know each other better and what’s a birthday without presents?
