CCC Library Book Sale: Our church library will have a book sale this Sunday in the Gathering Space. All proceeds will go towards purchasing new books for our library.

Water Sunday: On Sunday, June 28th, we’ll have several activity stations set up where you can have fun with water and learn about its impact on a family in the developing world. There will be an optional opportunity to donate toward World Vision’s WaSH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) program.

Book Break:  At 10:30am on Thursdays this summer (June 11-July 16), Gail O’Connor and team will host Story Time with crafts for kids 6th grade & under. Kids will be separated into age groups during story time.  Parents will hop into room 18 for Fellowship and to hear a fellow parent briefly share about a book that has impacted them.

Time will given at the end of the hour to check out books from our library or hang out in the Gathering Space with board games.

Furniture Give-Away (FGA) 2026: The annual Bloomington International Student Ministries’ (BISM) Furniture Give-Away would gladly take donations of household goods. Particularly needed items are: twin sheets, small appliances (toasters, rice cookers, mixers, etc.), lamps, and cooking items. A donation bin will be located at the Welcome Center.

We’ll also need CCC volunteers to help with the FGA event here at CCC on Tuesday, Aug. 18th, and on the actual furniture delivery day on Saturday, Aug. 22nd. Please talk with Scott or Tracy Ketrow for more information or visit myfga.org/ccc. 

Lunch with Missionaries: Please join us for lunch after worship on July 12th to get an update from Mike and Valerie Boado, who established the NEOS ministry in Tagum, Philippines.  In addition to continuing to be a presence in NEOS, the Boados also provide care and support to missionaries, pastors, and others around the world.

CCC T-Shirts: CCC shirts are again available to order! You can choose your sizes and pay for your shirts at christcommunitychurch.itemorder.com/shop/home. Ladies, Taco Bingo shirts are also available!  Shirts can be shipped or picked up locally at FreeThink (720 S. Morton St.).

Giving to Christ Community: Tithes and gifts can be given in the box at the back of the Sanctuary, by mail, or online at cccbloomington.org/giving.
