Our Mission
Christ Community Church Library exists to provide quality resources for Christians to deepen their understanding of scripture, to grow in their daily walk with God, to understand challenges to their faith, and to enlarge their imaginations.
We invite you to visit the library to search for materials of interest to you. We offer current titles and many that may not be available at the public library.
The library staff is here to help you find what you are looking for or to give recommendations.
Online Portal
You can explore our library’s offerings online through our online portal. Visit for recommendations, information on new acquisitions, and more. Here you can also reserve, check out, and renew book.
Get a Library Card
You need a library card to check out materials. You can apply for a library card by filling out a printed Library Card Signup Form, located near the computer in the Library.
Patrons’ cards are stored in an alphabetical file located next to the computer in the Library.
Return and Renew Material
All library materials are due in three weeks. They should be returned to the Book Return cart in the Library.
Patrons may renew their materials themselves or ask a library worker to do so.
Overdue or Lost Items
All materials are due three weeks from the checkout date. Patrons will be notified by email if materials are overdue and will be expected to return them as soon as possible.
Patrons are responsible for replacing lost materials checked out to them. If an item has been lost, please contact a library volunteer or email library@cccbloomington.org.
Donate
Donations of new or gently used materials are welcome. You may place them in the donation box in the library area or give them to the Library Director. Please indicate your email or phone and name with your donated materials. If it is decided that a donated item does not fit well with the collection, it will be passed on to other ministries or otherwise disposed of. Monetary gifts are welcome. If you have a preference regarding the use of your gift, please get in touch with the Library Director.
Volunteer
The Library Committee needs volunteers to staff the library desk and assist patrons on Sunday mornings, help check in materials, and aid the committee in the upkeep of our collection. To get involved, contact the Library at library@cccbloomington.org.
