Thanksgiving Hospitality: Many international students in America would love to experience an American home but a majority (70%) never receive an invitation. Would you be willing to make room at your Thanksgiving table for two or more internationals? Hosting date options are Nov. 23, 24, or 28. If interested, please visit the BISM webpage. Surviving the Holidays: Facing the holidays while grieving can feel like taking one step forward and two steps back. GriefShare’s Surviving the Holidays event will prepare you to navigate the season’s changes. Wednesday, Nov. 20th, 6-8pm in Rm. 17. To sign up, please visit the event page on griefshare.org.
Community Night: On Sunday, Nov. 24th, we invite you to return to church at 6pm for our November Community Night. Come worship together and share a meal of soup and sandwiches after hearing David Lai share his story and some songs with us.
Missions Budget Pledge Drive: Please prayerfully consider making a pledge by Nov. 17th and supporting our missionaries and projects around the world in 2025. CCC Missions is funded entirely by donations you designate to missions; no funding comes from the church’s general budget or offering. The 2025 Missions budget will be set by the amount of pledges received.

Wheeler Mission Dash 4 Shelter: Join others from CCC in walking or running this 5K (3.1 miles) on the Karst Farm Greenway on Saturday morning, Dec. 7th. Your entry fee will support the work of Wheeler Mission Bloomington. You can learn more or register at runsignup.com. Scholarships are available—contact the church office.
Women’s Chat and Charcuterie: Saturday, Nov. 23rd, 1pm at the church. Come spend some time with the women of CCC: Get to know some women you don’t know, and get to know women you do know a little better. Come experience God through a spiritual practice and prepare your hearts for the Advent season. Please sign up at the Welcome Center or use our online signup. See you on the 23rd!
Senior Adult Ministry (SAM) will meet Thursday, November 21, at 1:30pm. We’ll finish up a Thanksgiving project to show appreciation to those who help and serve us. Come and express your gratitude.

Memorial Poinsettias: We invite you to purchase poinsettias in honor or in memory of loved ones, which will decorate our Sanctuary during Advent. Plants may be ordered at the Welcome Center or by using our online form.
